1. Return Policy Overview
This refund policy applies to all products purchased from GlobalGlassPipes.com, with the exception of those products that explicitly state a different refund policy in their product description. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a hassle-free return process.
2. Return Eligibility
GlobalGlassPipes.com offers a seven-day return policy for selected items, subject to manufacturer return policies, for items that have not been used. Please note that used items are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Refund Exclusions
Shipping charges are non-refundable. For specific inquiries not covered in this policy, please reach out to your dedicated GlobalGlassPipes.com account manager.
4. Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, please contact our Returns Department at support@globalglasspipe.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. To expedite the process, kindly provide the following information when requesting an RMA number:
- Customer name
- Order ID or invoice number
- SKU number or item number
- Nature of the problem
5. Return Requirements
All products being returned must meet the following criteria:
- Be 100 percent complete
- Include all original boxes and packing materials
- Contain original UPCs on the manufacturer’s boxes
- Include all manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories or documentation provided by the manufacturer
6. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning items. However, GlobalGlassPipes.com will cover the shipping costs for replacement or exchange items.
7. Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment against loss or damage and choosing a carrier that provides proof of delivery for your protection.
8. Damaged Merchandise
In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged, we advise refusing the delivery back to the carrier. If you do accept the package, make sure to note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Retain both the damaged merchandise and its original packaging. Notify GlobalGlassPipes.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and the pickup of the damaged items. Failure to report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery will result in adherence to our standard return policy. Contact support@globalglasspipe.com or your Global Glass Pipes account manager to initiate a carrier inspection for damaged merchandise.
9. Defective Returns
Defective items can be returned directly to GlobalGlassPipes.com within seven days from the invoice date. We will assess the return for credit, replacement, or exchange at our discretion, with manufacturer restrictions applying as outlined in our detailed policy. Items missing UPCs can only be replaced with identical items. After seven days, manufacturer warranties take effect.
10. Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective items can be accepted by GlobalGlassPipes.com within seven days from the invoice date for credit or exchange, subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.

Due to manufacturers’ policies, the following items cannot be returned for exchange, replacement, or credit under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise by GlobalGlassPipes.com:

GlobalGlassPipes.com reserves the right to authorize returns beyond seven days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are refundable on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for items returned to GlobalGlassPipes.com, and GlobalGlassPipes.com will cover the shipping charges for replacement or exchange items.
13. How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Global Glass Pipes account. If you do not have an account, please create one.
- Navigate to our Return Portal and verify your email address.
- Select the order you wish to return. Note that only orders placed within the last 30 days are eligible for return.
- Choose the item(s) you want to return, ensuring the return quantity matches the number of items being returned.
- Review the return details for accuracy and submit your return request. You will receive your shipping label and a gift card for the return amount (excluding return shipping costs) instantly.
- Download and print your shipping label, pack the items securely in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the box, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- Start shopping for a replacement, and we will ship your new order as soon as we receive confirmation that your return is in transit.
14. Credit Card Refunds
Credit card refunds can be arranged upon request after we have received and inspected your return. Please note that credit card refunds will be issued only to the card used for the original purchase.
