The following refund policy applies to all products except those stating their refund policy with the product description: offers a seven days return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies for unused items. Used items are not returnable or refundable.

Please email our Returns Department at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please provide the following information for an RMA number: customer name, Order ID or invoice number, SKU number or item number, and nature of the problem.

All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPCs on the manufacturer boxes, including all manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; will pay the shipping on your replacement or exchange item(s). strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment if it is lost or damaged, and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record for to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not inform of damaged goods within the first 24 hours of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage. It will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions: email [email protected], your Global Glass Pipes account manager, to arrange a carrier inspection of damaged merchandise.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to within seven days from the invoice date, at's discretion for credit, replacement, exchange.

Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same thing. After seven days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by within seven days from the invoice date, at's discretion for credit exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.

Due to manufacturers' policies, cannot accept returns of the following items for exchange, replacement, or credit FOR ANY REASON: ( exceptions). DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned for REPAIR ONLY to:, the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business, or in the case of specially ordered items. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond seven days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to on returned items, and will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

How to submit a return request:

Before you begin, sign in to your Global Glass Pipes account. If you do not have a free account set up with us, you’ll need to create one before proceeding.

  1. Please navigate to our Return Portal and verify your email address.

  2. Select the order that you’d like to return. Please note, only orders placed within the last 30 days will be eligible to be replaced.

  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return. If you purchased more than one of the same things, please ensure that you have adjusted the return quantity to reflect how many items will be returning.

  4. Review the details of your return for accuracy and submit your return request. You’ll instantly receive your shipping label and a gift card for the amount of your return, minus the cost of return shipping.

  5. Download and print your shipping label, pack up your items in the packaging materials and the box they came in, secure the shipping label to the box, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Credit card refunds can be arranged by special request once your return has been received and inspected. Credit Card refunds can be issued only to the card used at the time of purchase.
